We process only the minimum information necessary to provide and safeguard the Rooyai Coder platform:
- Account & Authentication Data: Your email address, display name, avatar, authentication provider identifiers, and active session tokens.
- Projects & Code: Application source code, project metadata, generation prompts, chat history, and asset files you upload.
- AI Generation Context: Prompts and relevant codebase context securely transmitted to frontier AI inference engines to generate and refine code.
- Connected Integrations: OAuth tokens for GitHub synchronization or Supabase backend connections when explicitly authorized by you.
- Technical Diagnostics: Error logs, performance metrics, and security audit logs used to ensure platform stability and protect against malicious activity.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To execute autonomous AI code generation and provide real-time preview bundling in your browser.
- To maintain your account, project library, and cloud synchronization settings.
- To facilitate 1-click cloud deployments to Vercel, Cloudflare, or GitHub.
- To monitor system health, eliminate compilation bottlenecks, and prevent abuse.
4. Data Ownership & Security
Your Code is Yours: We do not claim ownership of your generated projects or prompts. We do not sell your personal data or project source code to third parties.
All communications with Rooyai Coder are encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption. Data stored in our database is secured with enterprise-grade row-level security (RLS) policies ensuring complete project isolation.
5. Third-Party Services & Subprocessors
We work with trusted infrastructure providers to deliver our service:
- Hosting & Compute: Vercel (Edge network, global static hosting, and serverless functions).
- Database & Auth: Supabase (PostgreSQL database with encrypted authentication).
- AI Model Inference: Secure API endpoints for DeepSeek, Google Cloud, OpenAI, Anthropic, and Mistral.
- Analytics: Privacy-friendly, cookieless aggregated traffic and web vitals metrics (no cross-site tracking).
6. Your Rights (GDPR & Global Privacy)
Under applicable data protection laws, you hold the right to:
- Access & Portability: Export your full source code as ZIP archives anytime.
- Rectification: Update your profile, name, and preferences directly from Account Settings.
- Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): Request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated projects.
7. Data Retention & Account Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account remains active. You can delete individual projects directly inside the application. To permanently delete your account and all associated data, email team@rooyai.com and your request will be processed within 30 days.
