1. About Rooyai Coder

Rooyai Coder is an autonomous AI web application engine. You describe what you want to build; Rooyai Coder generates production-ready full-stack code with instant live preview, backend integrations, and 1-click cloud deployment.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Rooyai Coder, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. User Accounts & Security

You must provide a valid email address and accurate information when registering.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials and session tokens.
You must notify us immediately at team@rooyai.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
You must be at least 16 years old to register and use the service.

4. AI Models & Service Credits

Rooyai Coder provides managed access to advanced artificial intelligence models (such as DeepSeek, Google Gemini, OpenAI GPT, and Anthropic Claude) through platform generation credits:

Credit Allocations: Free accounts receive complimentary starter generation credits. Pro subscriptions receive monthly credit replenishments and priority compute queues.
Fair Usage: Generation credits are consumed per request based on model tier complexity and token throughput.
Model Output: Artificial intelligence outputs are non-deterministic. While Rooyai Coder performs autonomous compilation and self-healing checks, you are encouraged to test and verify your applications before production deployment.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Rooyai Coder to:

Violate any local, national, or international law or regulation.
Generate malware, phishing sites, exploit tools, or abusive materials.
Infringe upon the intellectual property, copyright, or privacy rights of any third party.
Attempt to circumvent service rate limits, reverse engineer platform binaries, or disrupt server infrastructure.
Resell or scrape platform compute without explicit written authorization.

6. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

You own your creations: You retain 100% ownership of your prompts, uploaded assets, and all code generated by Rooyai Coder for your projects. You may export (ZIP), host, modify, commercialize, or open-source your code without proprietary lock-in.

By using the service, you grant Rooyai Coder only the limited, non-exclusive license necessary to host, compile, and execute your projects within the platform.

7. Community & Shared Projects

If you choose to publish a project to the Rooyai Coder Community Showcase, it becomes visible to other users. You retain copyright ownership, but you grant other community members the right to view, inspect, and fork your project within the platform.

8. Cloud Deployments & Integrations

When you deploy your application to hosting providers (such as Vercel or Cloudflare) or link Supabase databases and GitHub repositories, you agree to comply with each respective provider’s terms of service.

9. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions (such as Rooyai Coder Pro) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Rooyai Coder is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all specific requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rooyai Coder and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service or generated applications.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms of Service or engage in abusive platform behavior. You may terminate your account at any time via Account Settings.
